Michael J. Branda, CFP®, CLU, ChFC      Mr. Branda has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services for individuals and the design of business continuation plans and employee benefit programs for small to medium sized businesses. Mr. Branda received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas.

He is a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative of Equity Services, Inc. and offers securities in Texas.

He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM  certification from the College of Financial Planning, Denver CO. in 1993. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. in 1992. He holds insurance licenses for Group 1 Life/Health, Variable, and Health Maintenance (HMO) in the State of Texas.

Mr. Branda served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Opera in The Heights (Oh!), a non-profit, professional, regional opera company serving the Greater Houston Area with quality opera and concert performances in an intimate setting.

Past Chairman of the Board, SER Jobs for Progress of the Texas Gulf Coast, a 501(c) organization providing employment services primarily in the Hispanic Communities of the Texas Gulf Coast.

Past member of the Board of Directors, University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas, where he served on the Executive Committee. He also served as President of the University's Alumni Board of Directors.

Mr. Branda is a member of Leadership Houston, Class XIX. The mission of Leadership Houston is to identify and develop leaders representative of the greater Houston community.
